The availability, format, pricing and conditions of individual services may vary.

Online Reiki Courses and Digital Products

Our online Reiki courses and digital products are delivered through Sellfy.

You do not need a Sellfy customer account to purchase or download your course materials. Downloads are available directly from your purchase confirmation page or through your purchase email.

Where customer accounts are enabled, you may optionally create a Sellfy account using the same email address as your purchase to access previous and future purchases through the “My purchases” section.

Course completion, Reiki attunements, certification requirements, cancellation rights and digital product conditions are explained in our full Terms & Conditions.

Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds

Booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions vary depending on the course, treatment, session or event.

Please review our full Terms & Conditions and any additional booking information provided for your chosen service before making a purchase or booking.

Health and Participation

Our Reiki healing, breathwork, sound healing, Qigong and wellbeing activities, events and trainings courses are complementary wellbeing practices and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Before booking a Reiki or Energy Healing session, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Sound Healing, Qigong, in-person training course or wellbeing event, participants must review our Health & Suitability Information.

Participants must complete the required Health Declaration & Informed Consent Form before attending or participating, in accordance with the requirements of their chosen session, course or event.

Participants should inform Reiki Mastery Academy of any relevant changes to their health or circumstances that may affect participation.

Some activities may not be suitable for everyone. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information about relevant health considerations and following the safety guidance provided.

We may recommend modifications to an activity or decline participation where we reasonably consider this necessary for safety.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
